After years of managing costume season at a dance studio, the same question kept coming up: there has to be an easier way.
Every season meant juggling spreadsheets, vendor websites, sizing charts, handwritten notes, costumes, garment bags, and endless double-checking. Another spreadsheet was not the answer. A better workflow was.
CostumeHQ was created to make it easier to move from measurements and sizing to ordering, fittings, exchanges, and distribution—while keeping the information connected along the way.
The goal is simple: spend less time managing costume chaos and more time focused on the dancers, teaching, creating, and running the studio.
